The straight answer

Our service is free to you. Here's exactly how we get paid.

Most brokers hope you never ask. We'd rather you did — because the honest answer is our best sales pitch: you pay us nothing. The lender pays us a success fee when your loan funds, and it's disclosed in writing.

The model, in plain English

Three facts that should be true of any broker you work with.

$0 to you, ever

No advance fees, no application fees, no deposits, no “processing” charges. If a broker asks for money up front, walk away — Louisiana law is on your side.

Paid on success, disclosed in writing

We earn a fee from the lender only when your deal funds. On SBA loans it's disclosed on Form 159, which you see and sign. Ask us about your deal's economics anytime — we'll answer plainly.

Competition works for you

Because we place your file across a network of banks and lenders, they compete on structure and price. A single bank never has to.

The Honest Lending Standard

Six things every borrower is entitled to. We put them in writing.

Commercial lending has no Truth-in-Lending Act — nobody has to show you an APR, and the predatory end of this industry counts on that. We hold ourselves to the standard the law should require:

The true cost, always

Every option we present is explained in APR and total payback — never factor rates, never “as low as” games.

The right to a straight no

If we can't place your deal on fair terms today, we say so and tell you exactly what would change the answer.

Zero borrower fees

No advance fees, application fees, or deposits — ever. Lenders pay us on success, disclosed in writing.

No products we wouldn't sign ourselves

That's why we will never sell a merchant cash advance — at any commission.

Your file shopped, not steered

We place deals where they fit best for YOU, and we'll show you the comparison.

A real person, accountable by name

Van answers the phone in Lafayette. No call center, no vanishing act after funding.

Our pledge

We will never sell you a merchant cash advance.

Not when it's easy money for us, not when it's the fast answer, not ever. Daily-debit advances quietly strangle the businesses they claim to help. We place real loans with transparent rates and fixed terms — and if we can't find you a fair structure today, we'll tell you that too, and show you what would change the answer.

Questions owners actually ask us

Do I pay Capco Capital anything?

No. Our brokerage service is free to you. When your loan funds, the lender pays us a success fee — the same way an insurance agent or travel advisor is paid by the carrier, not the customer.

Do you charge upfront or application fees?

Never. We do not collect advance fees, application fees, or deposits — full stop. Louisiana law (and our own policy) prohibits brokers from taking advance fees, and any 'broker' who asks for money up front is a red flag you should walk away from.

How is your fee disclosed?

In writing. On SBA loans, agent compensation is disclosed on SBA Form 159, which you sign and see. On other products, our compensation comes from the lender's side of the transaction and we'll tell you plainly how it works on your deal — just ask.

Doesn't the lender's fee make my loan more expensive?

Lenders pay brokers out of their origination economics because we deliver them packaged, qualified deals — it's their customer-acquisition cost, not a surcharge invented for you. And because we shop your file across a network, competition works in your favor in a way a single bank's take-it-or-leave-it offer never will.

Why won't you ever offer me a merchant cash advance?

Because we've seen what daily debits do to a business's cash flow. MCAs are structured to escape lending laws — priced in 'factor rates' that often work out to 60–150%+ APR. We only place real loans and real credit facilities: transparent rates, fixed terms, no daily draft on your register.

We are a commercial finance broker, not a lender and not the SBA. Submission of an application is not a guarantee of approval. Broker compensation is paid by lenders and disclosed as required by law.
