How our funding works

Capco Capital is a commercial finance broker operated by Capco Capital LLC. We are not a lender and are not affiliated with the U.S. Small Business Administration. We arrange financing by matching your request to banks, lenders, and funding partners in our network. Approval, amounts, rates, and terms are set by the funding partner, vary by deal, and are determined on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a form does not guarantee approval.

Accuracy of information

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it on behalf of your business.

Bank account connections

If you choose to connect a bank account through our application process, the connection is powered by Plaid Inc. You authorize us and Plaid to access and retrieve information from your financial institution — such as account details, balances, transactions, and statements — solely to evaluate, underwrite, and package your financing request, and you represent that you are authorized to grant that access for the connected account. Your bank credentials are provided directly to Plaid and your institution; we never receive or store them. Plaid’s handling of your data is described in Plaid’s End User Privacy Policy.

Electronic records & signatures

By using our application and portal, you consent to transact electronically: to receive records, disclosures, and communications from us in electronic form, and to sign documents using electronic signatures, which you agree have the same effect as ink signatures. You may withdraw this consent or request paper copies by contacting us, though doing so may delay or prevent our ability to process your request.

Intellectual property

All content, logos, and materials on this site are the property of Capco Capital LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capco Capital is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website.

Governing law
