A signed LOI is only as good as the buyer's financing.
Introduce your buyers to Capco Capital early. Our commercial lending advisors find acquisition financing that fits in our lender network, including SBA options, and you receive 25% of our fee when it funds.

Listings that live or die on the buyer's financing
A first-time buyer
Plenty of drive, little idea how acquisition financing works. We walk them through it.
A gap in the deal
The price works, but the buyer's cash and the seller's note don't quite close the gap.
Real estate in the deal
The business comes with its building, and the financing has to cover both.
A partner buying out a partner
An inside sale where the remaining owner needs to finance the buyout.
Three steps, and you never work a file
Introduce the buyer early
As soon as a buyer is serious, before the LOI if you can. Earlier means fewer surprises at closing.
Send them over
From your portal in about two minutes, with your personal link, or with a quick call. We reach out respectfully and do the work.
Follow it to funded
Your portal shows every introduction step by step, with the deal size and your estimated fee, from Received to Funded.
25% of our fee when it funds
You receive 25% of our fee on every funded deal you introduce, separate from your success fee on the sale.
- Earned when a deal you introduced funds, and paid after we're paid, with a current W-9 on file.
- Never added to the loan or charged to the borrower, and disclosed to the borrower in writing.
- You introduce only: no quoting rates or terms, and no presenting lender offers.
Real help, not a sales pitch
A Capital Position Report
A plain-language read on where the business stands with lenders, built from public records and their own numbers, and what would make the file stronger.
An honest read
If it's a fit, we say so and get to work. If it isn't, we tell them why and what would change it. No runaround.
The right lender, not just any lender
We match the request to lenders in our network that fit it. Real business financing, never a merchant cash advance dressed up as a loan.
What could you earn?
Set the sliders to match the business owners you know, and see what your introductions could add up to.
Your estimated fees a year
Estimated fees: $12,000 a year, about $1,000 a month. About 10 funded deals a year.
Assumes Capco Capital earns about 2% on a funded deal; your share is 25% of that. Illustrative, not a promise; actual fees depend on what funds.

Straight answers
Can you help sellers too?
Yes. A seller who needs to clean up debt before a sale, or a buyer's lender who needs a second look, are both worth a call.
When is the referral fee paid?
After a deal you introduced funds and we've been paid, with a current W-9 on file. Your portal shows an estimate while it's in the works, then earned, then paid.
Do I have to do anything besides the introduction?
No. You introduce, we do the work. You never collect documents, quote terms or give credit advice, and the owner's financials stay between them and us.
Which businesses can I refer?
Businesses that need commercial, business-purpose financing, anywhere in the U.S. except California. Not residential mortgages or personal loans.

Capco Capital LLC is a commercial lending advisor, not a lender. We arrange commercial, business-purpose financing through our lender network, nationwide except California; credit decisions are made by the lenders. Referral fees apply only to funded commercial, business-purpose deals, never to residential mortgages or real estate transactions. They are paid after we're paid with a current W-9 on file, are never added to the loan or charged to the borrower, and are disclosed to the borrower in writing. Partners introduce only: they never quote, obtain, present or negotiate financing terms. If you refer as someone's employee, we'll ask for your employer's written consent before any fee. Officers, employees, agents and attorneys of a bank or credit union belong on our bank page: no fee ever applies to them or their institution. Calculator figures are illustrative, not a promise: actual fees depend on what funds.
