Your business-owner clients will borrow. Help them borrow well.
When a client needs capital for the business, introduce them to Capco Capital. Our commercial lending advisors find the right fit in our lender network, so the client isn't tempted to drain savings or take on expensive debt to fund growth.

Moments when the plan meets the business
Funding growth from savings
A client is about to write a big personal check for something the business could finance on sensible terms.
Buying the building
Owner-occupied real estate that could build equity for the business instead of paying someone else's mortgage.
A buyout or succession
Ownership is changing hands, and the deal needs financing with the right structure behind it.
Expensive short-term debt
Daily-payment advances or stacked short-term debt dragging on cash flow and the plan you built together.
Three steps, and you never work a file
Get your firm's written okay
Your compliance officer approves the arrangement in writing first. Then your client gets a signed written disclosure before the introduction.
Send them over
From your portal in about two minutes, with your personal link, or with a quick call. We reach out respectfully and do the work.
Follow it to funded
Your portal shows every introduction step by step, with the deal size and your estimated fee, from Received to Funded.
A referral fee, only with your firm's written approval
Nothing is paid until your firm's compliance officer approves the arrangement in writing. After that, 25% of our fee on a funded deal goes to whoever your firm designates, and your client gets a signed written disclosure before the introduction.
25% of our fee, disclosed to your client"I'm introducing you to Capco Capital, a commercial lending advisory firm, for your business financing. If it closes, Capco Capital may pay me or my firm a referral fee of 25% of the fee they receive (estimated at $____). You're under no obligation to use them."
Use your firm's approved wording if it has one. Your client signs it before the introduction; keep a copy as your firm requires.
Your firm's written approval comes first
No fee is paid until your firm's compliance officer approves this arrangement in writing. Advisory firms disclose referral compensation as their rules require (for example Form ADV Part 2A, Item 14); broker-dealer reps give their firm written notice of this outside activity (FINRA Rule 3270). We pay whoever your firm designates.

- Your firm's compliance officer approves the arrangement in writing before any fee.
- A signed written disclosure to your client before the introduction.
- Paid to whoever your firm designates, after a deal funds and we're paid.
Real help, not a sales pitch
A Capital Position Report
A plain-language read on where the business stands with lenders, built from public records and their own numbers, and what would make the file stronger.
An honest read
If it's a fit, we say so and get to work. If it isn't, we tell them why and what would change it. No runaround.
The right lender, not just any lender
We match the request to lenders in our network that fit it. Real business financing, never a merchant cash advance dressed up as a loan.
What could you earn?
Set the sliders to match the business owners you know, and see what your introductions could add up to.
Your estimated fees a year
Estimated fees: $12,000 a year, about $1,000 a month. About 10 funded deals a year.
Assumes Capco Capital earns about 2% on a funded deal; your share is 25% of that. Illustrative, not a promise; actual fees depend on what funds.

Straight answers
My firm is SEC- or state-registered. What applies?
Your compliance officer approves the arrangement in writing before any fee, your firm discloses the compensation as its rules require (typically Form ADV Part 2A, Item 14), and your client gets a written disclosure before the introduction.
I'm a registered rep with a broker-dealer.
Give your firm written notice of this outside activity first (FINRA Rule 3270) and follow its decision. No fee is paid until your firm approves in writing.
Who receives the fee?
Whoever your firm designates. Many firms require the fee to be paid to the firm rather than to you, and we're glad to set it up that way.
Do I have to take a fee?
No. Plenty of professionals prefer not to. Tell us when you sign up (or any time after) and we'll set your account to no-fee. Your portal works the same.
Do you give investment advice?
No. We're commercial lending advisors: we help business owners find business financing. Investments and planning stay with you.

Capco Capital LLC is a commercial lending advisor, not a lender. We arrange commercial, business-purpose financing through our lender network, nationwide except California; credit decisions are made by the lenders. Referral fees apply only to funded commercial, business-purpose deals, never to residential mortgages or real estate transactions. They are paid after we're paid with a current W-9 on file, are never added to the loan or charged to the borrower, and are disclosed to the borrower in writing. Partners introduce only: they never quote, obtain, present or negotiate financing terms. If you refer as someone's employee, we'll ask for your employer's written consent before any fee. Partners in licensed professions disclose any fee to their own clients as their professional rules require, and take none where those rules don't allow it. Officers, employees, agents and attorneys of a bank or credit union belong on our bank page: no fee ever applies to them or their institution. Calculator figures are illustrative, not a promise: actual fees depend on what funds.
